SUPPLEMENTS RETURN POLICY

1. General Policy

Due to the consumable nature of supplements, all sales are generally considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products.

2. Eligible Returns

Returns or replacements may only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Item received is damaged

  • Item received is incorrect

  • Product is expired upon delivery

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unopened and sealed

  • Request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order

  • Proof must be provided (photos/videos)

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Change of mind

  • Taste/texture preferences

  • Incorrect product chosen by customer

4. Replacement Process

If approved:

  • We will arrange a replacement of the same item

  • Shipping costs for valid claims will be covered by Ironbreed Strength

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued if:

  • Replacement is not available

  • Order cannot be fulfilled

Refunds will be processed via:

  • GCash

  • Bank transfer

6. Safety Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for checking product ingredients and consulting a healthcare professional before use.

Ironbreed Strength is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from product use.

EQUIPMENT RETURN POLICY

1. General Policy

We allow returns and exchanges for gym equipment under specific conditions to ensure product quality and fairness.

2. Eligible Returns

Returns or exchanges are accepted if:

  • Item is damaged upon delivery

  • Item is defective

  • Incorrect item was delivered

Conditions:

  • Request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item

  • Item must be in original condition

  • Must include complete packaging and parts

  • Proof required (photos/videos)

3. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will NOT be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor scratches or cosmetic issues from shipping

  • Improper use or damage caused by the customer

  • Assembled or installed equipment

4. Inspection Process

All returned items will undergo inspection.

Ironbreed Strength reserves the right to:

  • Approve or reject return requests based on condition

5. Replacement / Repair

If approved:

  • Item may be:

    • Replaced

    • Repaired

    • Or refunded (if replacement is unavailable)

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is due to our error → we cover shipping

  • If not → customer will shoulder return shipping costs

7. Heavy Equipment Policy

For large or heavy items:

  • Returns may require scheduled pickup

  • Additional logistics fees may apply depending on location

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed via:

  • GCash

  • Bank transfer
